It’s almost summer time, so now is the perfect time to start working on your beach body. KLARC has a plethora of equipment, but it can be really intimidating if you don’t know how to use the machines. Whether you’re looking to work on your booty, get lean, or just like working out, KLARC has the equipment for you.

Elliptical

The elliptical is a simple exercise machine that is great for warming up or low impact cardio. Incorporated in the machine, there are different types of workouts for whatever you want to work on: performance, weight loss, or even endurance.

Leg Press Machine

This machine helps tone your legs and booty. You simply push your legs against a metal plate that lifts the amount of weight that you set. It’s the perfect machine for someone who might feel intimidated by the gym but wants to get in a good workout.

Workout Apps

If you aren’t ready to tackle the actual gym equipment, there’s another option. There are lots of workout apps available like Sworkit. They have tons of fitness programs targeted towards various goals like a flat stomach, big booty, or full body toning. You can use the mats at the gym to complete each program. Some programs don’t require any equipment while some require things like dumbbells. Workout apps are a nice way to ease yourself into exercising and teach you how to many exercises to see the results you want.

Lat Pull Down Machine

You can’t forget about your arms! Even if you are trying to tone other areas, it’s still important to do some arm exercises to create more of a full body workout. All you have to do is select your weight and pull down the bar while maintaining good posture.

While there are way more machines in KLARC, these are the ones that will give you a head start at the gym. As you get more comfortable at the gym, you can try to learn how to use more equipment. Getting your beach body doesn’t have to be overwhelming…it can maybe even be fun!
