Hey ladies! If you’re looking for an easy-going, funny guy with a great taste in music, Zack Messick is the one for you! Originally from San Jose, California, Zack is a sophomore in the College of Communication majoring in advertising with a minor in film and television. Zack loves the city, and decided to come to BU for its urban and collegiate atmosphere. In 10 years, he would like to live in either Los Angeles or New York City, get married, have a family, and work for a film or television agency.
Zack is an active guy who enjoys running outside around the esplanade or to MIT or Harvard. He is “not a huge fan of the indoor track”. Instead, he prefers to run outdoors for Boston’s scenery. In his free time, Zack is also an avid lover and explorer of different genres of music. Some of his favorite bands include Saint Lucia, Fleetwood Mac, Haim, Arctic Monkeys and Passion Pit. He’s always down to see a good concert!
Zack describes his ideal girl as “anyone who’s up for a good time and willing to just have fun. She can’t take herself too seriously. I like girls who have a good sense of humor and go with the flow.” A perfect date for Zack would consist of taking a girl out for a casual dinner in the North End, then going on a nice walk along the harbor. Zack believes “you should always leave room to be a little spontaneous and do something exciting that she likes.”
