Once upon a time, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away called 2010, Her Campus was born. More importantly, Her Campus BU was born. Since our birth, our writers have created fresh daily online content for high school and college women in Boston and all over the United States. We’ve had trending social media posts, surpassed 1,000 followers on Instagram, partnered with companies like Primark, Sparkling Ice, Armani, and more. We started an advice column, a podcast, expanded our e-board, seamlessly executed the most perfect formal, and reviewed all the brunch joints in Boston, but something has always been… missing.

Her Chats is a special little conglomeration of fun and interactive web series designed by members of our team to help make you feel just as much a part of the Her Campus BU family as we are. Here, you’ll be able to put faces to the names of some of our most popular articles and social posts. Although we are well known for our articles, we’re solidifying our online presence through the creation of this YouTube series.

Our new channel will feature makeup tutorials from our resident self-proclaimed beauty guru (me), including affordable and easy makeup looks perfect for any college student looking to broaden their makeup and style horizons. We have content lined up to help you get through everyday life in college, getting acclimated to a new city, and tips and tricks for our savvy subscribers.
We’re most excited about our new series “Her Code.” Spun off from a very popular MTV series of a similar name, Her Code will feature members of Her Campus BU giving their completely candid, completely uncensored opinions and advice about topics that are gnawing away at our collegiette consciousness. We will be getting down to the nitty-gritty of anything you want to know about life in college and beyond — so make sure you comment on our videos to let us know what you want to hear about!
