From the North Shore, to the Cape, to Nantucket and everywhere in between, the Massachusetts coastline is lined with surf, sun and sand–making Massachusetts’ summers some of the best. So, if you’re staying in Boston this summer and you and your friends are looking for a weekend beach road trip, then look no further! Here is a lost of the top 10 beaches in Massachusetts.

Location: Barnstable (Cape Cod)

Known For: Its white sand and its bonfires on the public beach (weather permitting)
