Skincare is so important to me! I love all of the different brands and products, and how frequently new things come out in stores. I go into Sephora at least once a week with friends, just to try products out. Here are some of my favorites:

1. Moisturizer!

My all-time favorite skincare product is The True Cream Aqua Bomb by Belif. This gel moisturizer has truly saved my skin. I use it in the morning and at night, and it makes my skin so soft. I got a sample of this a few months ago, and even though it is expensive, I knew that it was the moisturizer that I needed for the winter. I have told so many of my friends about it, and they agree that it has cleared up some of their skin problems such as redness and large pores.

Another moisturizer that I recommend, and a close second to the Belif one above, is the Glow recipe Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer. This product smells just like Sour Patch Watermelon, which was enough to make me try a sample of it. I haven’t bought a full-size version of this product, because I do like the Belif moisturizer a bit more, but this is another great option. It isn’t sticky, and it leaves your skin feeling baby soft. It is really lightweight, and I recommend using it in the morning before putting your other makeup on.

2. Face Masks!

I love face masks, and I have too many favorites to pick just one. For sheet masks, I LOVE the Dermask Micro Jet Clearing Solution by Dr. Jart. I usually use this when I am having a bad skin day where I am experiencing active breakouts. This mask has tea tree oil in it, and I can feel it clearing my breakouts as I am using it. My skin feels refreshed and so clean after this mask, and because it is a sheet mask, it is so easy to just throw on while doing homework or watching a movie.

For a gel mask, I highly recommend the Rose Face Mask from Fresh. This mask is EXPENSIVE, but if you can get your hands on a sample, you should definitely try it out. The rose smell is a little funky in my opinion, but my face feels soothed and hydrated after using it. This is my go-to “stress mask,” or the mask that I gravitate toward when I want to relax after a hard test or assignment.

A third face mask that I like, but don’t use that often is the Shake & Shot™ Rubber Masks by Dr. Jart. These masks are super fun and can be used on any skin type. These masks go on like any other clay mask, but then turn rubbery before you peel them off. I have a lot of friends that use these masks, and they all love them.

Other recommendations:

My friend Max Crossan is a skincare fanatic. He spends hours on Amazon and Sephora looking at new products that he hasn’t tried yet. His holy grail skincare product is the C-Firma™ Day Serum from Drunk Elephant. This product is expensive, but they sell smaller sizes in a set, like this one. This product is extremely effective for uneven texture and is a day serum to be applied in the morning.

These are some of my favorite skincare products, what are yours?
