Going Home for the Weekend as Told by Doctor Who

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BU chapter.

We all know the process of going home for the weekend; the excitement, the planning, and the prospect of seeing everyone and everything you’ve missed while in college. And who knows traveling better than The Doctor? Here are the stages of going home for the weekend as told by Doctor Who:

Finalizing travel plans

Getting ready to leave

Seeing your family again

Recounting all of your college adventures

Trying to prove you’re grown up

Eating home cooked meals

Sleeping in your own bed

Seeing your old friends

Running into people you know

Running into people you wish you hadn’t

Realizing you’re missing your college friends already

Trying to go everywhere in the short time you’re home

When it’s time to go back

Saying goodbye to your family

Seeing your friends again

Planning the next trip back

Enjoy your trip home!
