Davy Goldstein
Davy, a Senior undergraduate student here at “Be Jew” is no stranger to the Jewish community on campus. Although some may be unaware of this, he is in fact the Vice President of the Hillel House. However, his whole life at Boston University does not revolve around Hillel; for instance, his major is uniquely Marine Biology, and he happens to be a certified scuba diver and a member of the Marine Science Association.
When asked if he was available, as this is a Campus Cutie article, he responded with an enthusiastic “I’m single!”. Laughing, I had to ask him what he looks for in a girl. He said that he truly enjoyed someone who was “spontaneous, [and] spur of the moment.”
If he were to take someone out on a date, he insists that the date be a rendezvous to get ice cream, because, well, “who doesn’t like ice cream?”
If you look for Davy on campus and cannot find him in the Hillel House or in his apartment taking care of his lobster, Larry, you may find him on the Esplanade, especially in the warm whether. He admits that it is his favorite place to be on campus, especially during the spring time when many students are out enjoying the sunshine.
So if you’re looking for a NJB (nice Jewish boy) sweeter than your favorite ice cream flavor, look no further. Have fun telling your parents about this catch of the day!
