What is the 12 days of Fitness?
It’s 12 days full of calorie burning workouts, fun contests and incredible prizes and motivation! You’ll get emails with workout and nutrition tips daily. You’ll also get the chance to enter daily contests just by staying connected. All you need to do is interact with us on Twitter, Facebook and our blog.
Every day we will have FUN & easy to do daily workouts that will help you get some extra cardio in to burn calories, strength exercises to keep your metabolism revving and nutrition tips to keep you healthy and alert. Workouts can be done wherever you are! Check back for updates on details. We’ve got some fun ones to help you feel like you are travelling the world like a workout you could do at the Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, at the Pyramid and more!

How do I register?

- Now get some of your friends to join you as well. Teams play for the chance to win a grand prize!
How do I get on a team?
- Contact an ambassador at your school and ask to join their team
- Or become an ambassador yourself and get 4-5 of your girlfriends to sign up with you and make your own team!
