If you’ve ever attended an a capella show, participated in a traditions ceremony or eaten at New Dorm Dining Hall, chances are you’ve encountered Zoe Small. I was first introduced to Zoe’s unwavering positivity and enthusiasm during Customs Week, and she’s since become one of my favorite people on campus; read on to find out more about one of the Class of 2020’s best!

What’s something people should know about you?
I love making friends! Please talk to me!
What’s your favorite memory from your time at Bryn Mawr?
Last year I explored campus a lot with my good friend Ceara, and once we went down to the Perry House garden and ended up having a picnic on the hill behind Arnecliff. 10/10 would recommend buying some juice boxes from Acme and breaking out the picnic blanket on a nice spring day.
What’s your favorite way to relax?
Playing the ukulele!
What’s your favorite tradition at Bryn Mawr?
When KCass wakes us up with a megaphone on the morning of Community Day of Learning. (That, or WTF week.)
What are your favorite spots in Bryn Mawr?
The graveyard behind English House, or the stream by the graduate school.
What are some things you’re up to, and how can we support you?
I’m a supervisor at New Dorm, and I definitely appreciate it when people let me know when they break a plate. (DON’T put the broken glass on the dish accumulator please!)
Thank you for your time Zoe!
Keep up with Zoe’s a cappella group, Looney Tunes, on Instagram!
