Although students may see members of the cheer and dance team perform at basketball and football games, one may not think of the competitive side of both sports. This Tuesday, the Bryant University cheer and dance teams will leave for Daytona, Florida for NCA Nationals. Both teams will be competing in Division 1. They have been working extremely hard since August where they both got their bids to advance to Daytona. The cheer team has a 45 second cheer along with a 2 minute 15 second fast paced routine. The dance team has prepared a beautiful 2 minute routine. Both preliminary rounds are on Thursday and finals are on Friday.
