  1. Cold spoon: Put a spoon in the freezer for a few minutes until it is cold and then immediately apply it to the area.
  2. Tea packet: Make tea using a tea packet and apply the packet, shortly after, to the area. Make sure the packet is still damp and warm. Repeat this process as much as necessary.
