How did you become Victoria’s Secret Pink Campus Reps?
Lucy: Last year I was a member of the campus team last year and so I was essentially promoted.
Atlanta: I saw the role advertised on Facebook and applied online. I spend a lot of time in Miami and the VS Pink Campus Rep programme is absolutely huge in US collegiate life and I was really eager to get involved in the UK.
Most exciting Victoria’s Secret event this term?
Lucy: Our Zumba event sold out last year so we’re hosting another one on October 25th at the SU. It will include a giveaway with yoga mats, water bottles and other free merchandise. We’re definitely going to hold an event close to the broadcasting of the VS annual fashion show- possibly a slumber party. Annoyingly we can’t give many details away but look out for a surprise giveaway event on Facebook which will be announced soon!
So why do you choose to work for Victoria’s Secret Pink?
Atlanta: Obviously Victoria’s Secret is incredibly well-known and established as a brand so just to be associated with the name is such an honour. Additionally, planning and hosting events and producing social media content is all such great marketing experience. We have such an amazing team of girls this year so the rep programme is also great to meet and work together with other girls.
Of course the freebies we get are amazing- literally what girl wouldn’t want free Victoria’s Secret underwear?!
What’s been the best freebie so far?
Lucy: Definitely the voucher we received for the Victoria’s Secret Cabot store as a congratulations for securing the role.
Lastly, who is your favourite Victoria’s Secret Angel?
Atlanta: Adriana Lima!
