This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Brandeis chapter.
Are you staying on campus this April Break and are too lazy to walk to Usdan in the morning? Are you who are simply lazy or don’t have enough time to go to the dinning hall in the morning? If the answer to any of those questions is yes, here is a breakfast recipe for you: Mug French Toast. Yup, french toast. In a mug. In your dorm. You don’t have to leave your room, ever.

So what will you need to make this awesome french toast?
  1. Cubed Bread (2 pieces per mug)
  2. 1 egg (you may split the egg for two mugs)
  3. Butter
  4. Milk
  5. Cinnamon
  6. Vanilla (optional)
  7. Syrup
How do you make this awesome recipe?
  1. Cube/Cut your bread  into smaller pieces that fit inside the mug
  2. Butter the inside of your mugs
  3. Place the bread in mugs
  4. Get a separate cup and:
  5. Crack an egg into it
  6. Add 3 tablespoons of milk
  7. Add a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla
  8. Mix it all together
  9. Pour it in your bread mug
  10. Put the mug in the microwave for about 1:30 min.

  12. Enjoy
