Not quite breakfast and not quite lunch, it’s none other than brunch! Brunch is my favorite meal because it’s acceptable to have just about any breakfast or lunch item without having to wake up early for breakfast or wait until the afternoon for lunch. This is a snapshot of my favorite brunch item. It’s a piece of toast, two hard-boiled eggs, avocado, and a banana. Not only is it delicious (and fun to play with!) but it’s healthy too! Paired with a cup of coffee, this brunch item can be enjoyed in the dining hall when getting weekend brunch with your friends, easily prepared in your dorm room or apartment kitchen, and easy to take on the go to class during the week!
