How To: Regulate Eating Your Thanksgiving Leftovers

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Binghamton chapter.

Thanksgiving is over but if you are lucky, you brought some yummy leftovers back to Binghamton with you! To make the most of the leftover food, here are some tips on how to regulate your leftovers!

1.) Don’t eat it all in one sitting!

I know its tempting to finish all those leftovers but thanksgiving is over and this means no excuses to have a feast! Split your leftovers so that you can have them over a few day time period.

2.) Use the turkey to make lunch!

Running low on your meal plan? Use turkey and any other leftovers to make yourself lunch so that you won’t have to buy anything from the dining hall.

3.) Still have leftovers after a week? Donate to charity!

If you are officially ready to move on from Thanksgiving food and still have some food left over, donate some to a food drive!

4.) Share!

If you really have an abundant amount of leftovers, share some of it with your friends or roommate! Allow them to continue feeling the Thanksgiving holiday spirit!
