How to Exercise in Your Dorm Room

Binghamton students know that as soon as the weather start to get colder, our motivation to go the gym will likely decline.  No fear, there are plenty of easy exercise routines that you can do without ever having to leave your dorm room! 

1. Arms:

2. Cardio: I love doing Zumba as a workout. There are hundreds of videos on Youtube that will defintley get your heart racing. Zumba is a super fun workout and you will be sure to learn a new dance move or two. If you are not feeling Zumba, there are so many different cardio excercises that can be done in a dorm room and below is a routine that will help get you into shape:
