Finals week is an incredibly stressful time for all. It is hard to stay sane and healthy while trying to work hard for those tests and papers. It is very important to stay healthy and not forget to eat while studying! Staying healthy this way will help you do well on those exams! Here are some of the best study snacks!

.) Fruits: Fruits provide you with both nutrients and that sugar fix that you need to stay sane and productive while studying for finals. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are easy and tasty snacks to take with you to the library every day of studying.

.) Dark chocolate: Everyone loves chocolate! Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and in moderation, very healthy for you. Thus, it is a great snack to have while studying. It is yummy and a good source of brain food to help you stay productive.

.) 100 calorie packs: We all love chips, so instead of binging on a huge bag of chips while studying, get the 100 calorie pack of your favorite snack. These help you eat in moderation while giving you the satisfaction of your favorite snack.

.) Almonds: Almonds are also a great snack because they are healthy and easy to munch on while doing work. Even add a mix of other nuts and this makes for the perfect snack at the library or wherever else you are studying!

.) Vegetables: Even if you aren’t the biggest fan of veggies, you can still find one that you like and add dip to keep you full while studying. Vegetables are very healthy and will help you be more productive. Eating foods high in fat and calories will make you feel sluggish and impact your productivity.
