Her Campus Bentley: What’s your role within Her Campus?

Nicole Furnari: I am the EVP of Social Media/Social Chair

HCB: Why do you love being a part of the Her Campus team?

NF: I love working with such a talented group of girls and it’s a great outlet for sharing creative ideas.

HCB: Are you involved in any other orgs on campus?

NF: Formerly in the Bentley Non-Profit Society

HCB: What’s your current Netflix binge watch?

NF: Scandal, I don’t know how I never watched it before! I also just flew through Shameless, which was amazing.

HCB: Favorite musical artist and/or song?

NF: I’m a sucker for Dave Matthews Band

HCB: What would the name of your personal mix tape be?

NF: “Songs that don’t really go on the same playlist but we’ll make it work”

HCB: Who would play you in the movie of your life?

NF: I would want Margot Robbie to because she’s so badass (even though I’m not)

HCB: Relationship status?

NF: *laughs* Pretty single

HCB: What’s the #1 turnoff in a guy?

NF: Being way too cocky—there’s a fine line, but when it’s crossed, it irks me

HCB: Favorite pickup line?

NF: I’m WAY too shy to ever actually use a pick-up line

HCB: Do you have any hidden/bizarre talents?

NF: I know a lot of movie quotes and song lyrics that I drop any time someone says like one word that happens to be in it…

HCB: What’s the craziest thing on your bucket list?

NF: I really want to try skydiving, but I’m really afraid I’ll pee my pants mid-air

HCB: If you could travel to anywhere/any time period, where/when would it be?

NF: Okay so for place, I want to visit Italy at some point. And time period, I think I’d just like to be a kid again so like early 2000’s (plus the music then was my jam)

HCB: What’s your favorite Bentley memory thus far?

NF: Honestly I’m a sucker for a nice day sitting out on the GSpace. So any time I’ve ever done that.

HCB: Most embarrassing Bentley experience?

NF: I fell face first down the stairs into Collins once and my backpack came flying up over my head. There was only one kid there, but he was really nice about it (S/O mystery kid who tried to help!) I had ripped my jeans, lost an earring, scraped up my hands…oh I was a mess that day.

HCB: What would you say has been your greatest takeaway from your 4 years at Bentley?

NF: It goes by so fast, just enjoy the time you have. Don’t miss out on anything Bentley has to offer.

HCB: Which upcoming senior event are you most looking forward to?

NF: The Bahamas. I’ve never been more excited in my life (Also Commencement but I know I’m going to cry…)

HCB: Any wild plans after graduation?

NF: Well, I’ll be employed…so that’s going to be my life now

Native New Yorker Brooke Camarda has had her eclectic share of jobs—from the runways of NYFW to the haunted hallways of NYZ Apocalypse. Commonly known by her alter ego of Wonder Woman, there's no task or adventure that the skydiving-enthusiast isn't willing to take on. She loves typography and cappuccinos almost as much as she loves her (very) big family, and is thrilled to be writing for Bentley University's chapter of Her Campus.
Hi, my name is Molly! I'm currently the Co-President and a Campus Correspondent for Bentley University's HC chapter.
