It’s that time of year – graduation is just around the corner and seniors everywhere are questioning how the time passed so quickly. Luckily, for all those Falcons leaving us behind for bigger and better, they will be parting on a high note. Co-founders of the company Life is good will be joining the family and friends of about 1,000 undergraduates to celebrate their success and wish them luck as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.  READ MORE

Breakfast By Moonlight

Are you ready for the 44th Breakfast by Moonlight? Get your 80’s clothing out because this semester’s theme is “The Breakfast Club”! This Monday night before Reading Day (and cramming for finals!), RHA and R.E.A.L. (Recognizing Everybody’s Attributes and Lifestyles) are bringing us Breakfast by Moonlight between 11pm to 1am! Admission is only $2 but if you dress up in your best 80’s attire, it’s only $1. All the money collected will be donated to One Fund. Over 30 members of Bentley’s faculty and staff will be there to serve pancakes and orange juice, including Camille!...

Mmofra Trom Bead Project: A Party with a Purpose

Search no further, because the Mmofra Trom Bead Project and Social^2 are co-hosting “A Party with a Purpose.” All proceeds will be used to fund education for children in Ghana. This event will take place at one of Boston’s most exciting clubs, The Estate, in their VIP area. This means that there won’t be a line to get in! There will be a private bar service (with the first drink included in the ticket), and a signature MTBP bracelet. Respect Bentley Women

On April 3rd, the Respect Bentley Women (RBW) campaign will be in full force. The campaign is a collaborative effort by Her Campus Bentley, the Bentley Women’s Center, Bentley PRIDE, 85 Broads Bentley, and the Bentley Multicultural Center’s Coming Full Circle is funded by the Bentley Diversity Council and the Bentley Gender Studies program.  It strives to promote a unified, organized initiative to combat issues of disrespect against women and femininity on the Bentley campus. RBW has a key few objectives: to send the message that Bentley students, especially women, deserve respect at all times, to compel both men and women to respect women at Bentley, and to break down the messages of disrespect that students may receive from society and the media....

Restaurant Week: Boston

And not spend an excessive amount of money?  Spring break is over and I think it’s fair if you indulge in a delicious meal.  Head into Boston for the second (and last) week of Restaurant Week!  From March 24th through the 29th over 200 restaurants in Boston and the greater Boston area will be offering prix fix menus so you can try out a new restaurant for a good deal.  Go for lunch and get a two-course meal for just $15.13 or a three-course meal for $20.13.  Are you too busy during the day to get to Boston for lunch? CAB Spring Comedy Show

Each year, CAB (Campus Activities Board) gets together to plan the Spring Comedy Show. In the past, Bentley has embraced the comedy Colin Mochrie, Brad Sherwood, Anthony Jeselnik and Jeff Ross! On March 22nd at 7pm, CAB is keeping up with their fantastic taste in comedy acts and have gotten Jay Pharoah to perform for us! Jay Pharoah is from Saturday Night Live, most famous for his impersonations of President Barack Obama. Opening for Pharoah will John Cassidy, a comedy magician and balloon sculpture who holds the Guinness world record for the fastest balloon sculptor. He has been seen on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Live with Regis and Kelly and countless other shows. He is even a favorite at the White House! ...
