The 10 Stages of Waking Up Late for Your 8 AM, as Told by New Girl

We’ve all been there. No matter how many alarms you set (if you’re me, we’re talking at least 4), there are always going to be days when you hit snooze one too many times and end up waking up super late for class. What’s worse?! If that class is an 8 AM. Here are the 10 stages of waking up late for class, as told by New Girl.

1. *Alarm goes off* “It’s still super early, I have plenty of time to get ready” *Snooze*

2. When you swear you closed your eyes for only 2 seconds, but somehow half an hour has passed  

3. Panic, panic, panic

4. Looking for somewhat presentable clothes

5. Not being able to find ANYTHING

6. Frantically searching for a mint, a piece of gum, a breath strip, anything!

7. Running out of your building

8. Looking up at the Smith stairs, which at this point are the equivalent of Mount Everest

9. Sprinting to your seat in class

10. Post-class like…
