Strut Your Stuff in These Must-Have Spring Shoe Styles!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

I don’t know about you, but for me, spring is an awkward time for footwear.  There are days when it’s so cold that I’m tempted to wear my Uggs, and there are days when it is so hot that my toes are exposed in my favorite sandals.  There are rainy days, sunny days, and cloudy days.  And then there are those in-between days when it’s too warm for boots and too cold to expose my poor toes to the elements.  So what on earth are we supposed to wear on those days?  Tennis shoes?  I don’t think so.

Because the weather this spring has been so confusing, I have made it my mission to find the cutest, most comfortable transition shoes that are perfect for all of the typical spring climate changes we experience in Boston.

Sperry Top Siders Authentic Original 2-Eye Boat Shoes

These pretty pastel boat shoes are a springy twist on the classic originals.  They’re comfortable, versatile, and perfect for any weather.

Steve Madden “Studlyy” Flats

Hello, glitz.  These super sassy gold studded flats scream high fashion.  Glamorous enough for day or night wear, these are statement shoes that are this season’s must haves.

Tory Burch Tumbled Leather Casey Drivers

Classic meets contemporary fashion with these phenomenal leather driving loafers.  The gorgeous tan leather is color-blocked with a bright orange and off white top.  Beautiful.

Aldo Chim Leather Booties

Nothing says “spring” like a light tan leather bootie.  Simple and carefree, these are perfect when paired with a pair of skinny pants, denim shorts, skirts, and even dresses.

Steve Madden Lonesome Cowboy Boots

Cowboy boots are a spring and summer staple item.  They are completely necessary.  They look amazing with just about anything, are comfortable, durable, and just all-around phenomenal.  Get some.

So, get to the stores before it becomes strictly sandal season!!  Happy shopping!
