Spring is fast approaching and everyday I get more excited to finally be able to wear my spring wardrobe. I cannot help but smile when I think about my pastel tank tops, floral dresses, and strappy sandals. But what wardrobe is complete without a few new articles of clothing? Over the next few weeks I am definitely going to be looking out for the following pieces to add to my spring wardrobe.
1. Off the shoulder anything. Dresses, blouses, you name it. This style shows off a little bit of skin while also creating an effortless look.
2. Mock Neck. I have been strongly against the turtleneck ever since I was little kid. However, this modification of the look is both chic and flattering.
3. White on white. Nothing gets me more excited for warm weather than the thought of white clothing on tan skin. During the spring, I love to experiment with colorful statement jewelry and shoes, which look fabulous with any white base.
4. Lace up flats. I have seen this shoe everywhere and will definitely be picking up a pair for myself this season. This versatile shoe can be paired with cuffed jeans or dresses, and is the perfect finishing touch to any spring outfit.
5. Two piece sets. I absolutely adore this fun and flirty version of the basic dress. This style is perfect for spring, and can be either casual or dressy based on how it is styled.
All I have to do now is wait for the last bit of snow to melt so I can finally rock these spring styles!
