This week’s Campus Cutie is Aaron Kelleher! This sophomore is a triple threat: smart, musical, and athletic (swoon). Read on to get to know Aaron.
The Basics
Name: Aaron Kelleher
Hometown: Cromwell, CT
School/Year: A&S, 2018
Major: Mathematics, Economics
BC Life
Activities/Clubs: Marching Band, Pep Band, and BC bOp!
Best class: Micro Principles, it helped me decide on a major.
Worst class: CS 101, I don’t like that much detail.
Bapst or O’Neill: O’Neill, although I rarely go to any library…
Favorite place to eat on campus: Lower
Biggest pet peeve: People being late or forgetting things, I’m not very patient and do not enjoy waiting.
One thing you’re most excited about for senior year: Living in a dorm with air conditioning, band camp is rough without it.
Most embarrassing moment: We had a pep rally in high school where they called the cross country team down to the middle of the gym and as I was running down the bleachers I tripped and fell…thankfully the entire school didn’t notice.
Fun fact: I am currently training for my first marathon! (Marine Corps, October 25th)
Favorite movie: The Lion King…I’m still secretly 5.
Favorite TV show: Friday Night Lights, they should really make more seasons.
Celeb crush: Carrie Underwood, who else wouldn’t like a country singer?
Dream job: Anything that can relate sports and math together.
Favorite BC sport: Hockey, is there really any competition there?!
Favorite hangout spot on campus: In my room or upstairs in Lower
Relationship status: Taken
Ideal girl: Someone caring, independent, and likes to be outside.
Ideal date: A nice relaxing run followed by dinner or any type of food for that matter… I like to eat. A lot.
Deal breakers: Smoking. There is nothing more disgusting.
Advice to freshmen: Don’t waste time deciding what to do. Get involved early, it’s a great way to make many new friends!
So watch out next time you’re strolling around campus, Aaron may be running by!
