It’s that time of year again. Hocus Pocus, playing non-stop on ABC Family (but, I mean who is complaining?), pumpkins adorning doorways, stores filled with witches, spider webs, and candy, and everyone’s minds thinking, “What am I going to be for Halloween?” (You may want to start thinking about that if it you haven’t already, by the way.) Ever wonder what our favorite buildings on campus would be for Halloween? Probably not, but here you go!
Gasson
Is that even a question? Obviously, Instagram. Where would our Instagrams be without this beautiful building? Probably lacking likes and not as amazing. Am I right?
Carney
Let’s be honest, is this building even relevant? It’s stuck in the corner of campus, a last minute place to go to on study days when all other classrooms are filled, and super old. Thus, Carney would be a classic ghost with a sheet over its head. Simple, boring, a classic, and to be honest, not the most popular costume in the world.

O’Neill
The building no one loves to look at or go to. When you’re in here, you can’t help but feel miserable and trapped by all the school work piled up in front of you. Thus, O’Neill would have to be the classic jailbird.
Bapst
The majestic, beautiful library that provides you with an atmosphere that screams greatness. Obviously, Bapst would be Harry Potter. Because how can this Hogwarts- like building not dress up as the “boy who lived.”
Stokes
This building is known not only for its beautiful design and classrooms, but also, its delicious chocolate bar. Thus, Stokes would be a Starbucks (or Chocolate Bar) barista. Pumkin spice lattes, coming right up, anyone?
Plex
Oh, the Plex. A place we love to hate and hate to love. It needs an update, but hey, it gets the job done for those who want to be flexin’ this Halloween. Thus, the Plex would be an 80s aerobic class. Dated, but hey spandex is still in right?
So there you have it! What some of our favorite BC buildings would be if they were Halloween costumes. As for you, if you still are undecided, you better start thinking! The holiday is next week! Happy Halloween!
