Five Winter Essentials

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at BC chapter.

Winter is a time to bundle up and face the less than desirable temperatures. Here are five items that will you help you survive the cold with ease.

1. Warm Winter Coat

You don’t want to freeze, so its best to find the warmest coat you can get your hands on.

2. Boots with traction

Because we have too many stairs at this school and ice and walking down stairs are a treacherous combination.

3. Texting gloves

Touch screens and regular gloves do not mix.  Texting gloves allow you to use your phone while keeping your fingers toasty warm.

4. Hot Chocolate

I am a Political Science major and Women's and Gender Studies minor at Boston College. I am an RA on campus and am involved in the Student Admissions Program. Since I am from Florida, I can legitimately say that I love long walks on the beach. I also love getting lost in a world fabricated by a novel, there is honestly nothing better.
