Do-it-yourself beauty products are a great way to beautify your outsides, without using harsh chemicals, or spending a lot of money.  Not to mention, they are a ton of fun to make! Here are 5 easy beauty remedies that you can easily make at home:

1. Face Mask

Face masks are a great way to improve the quality of your skin.  They can purify oily faces and moisturize dry ones.  These face masks are great for all skin types.

2. Scrub

One of my favorite scrubs is a simple mixture of lemon juice and sugar.  Simply mix the two together until you have a scrub consistency and rub it all over your skin. If you scrub your legs prior to shaving they will be extra smooth!

3. Puffy eye treatment

If you have puffy eyes after a long night out, use this recipe to get your eyes looking normal again.

4. Acne Spot Treatment

Got an unsightly pimple? Out of your normal spot treatment? Simply dab a bit of toothpaste on your zit before bed and it will be better in the morning.

5. Hair Mask

If you’re looking to get a little more shine and strength into your hair, simply use this mask and it will do the trick!

DIY beauty products are inexpensive, and are easy to incorporate into your weekly routine.  Next time you want to improve your skin or hair, why not give these a try?
