Let’s be honest, we all need a little sweet treat now and then! In Newton Centre you can look no further than the local chain, J.P. Lick’s. This ice cream store offers a variety of ice cream and hard frozen yogurt options, ranging from classic flavors like Cake Batter and Peanut Butter Cookies ‘n’ Cream, to special monthly flavors such as London Fog and Caramel Delight. This restaurant,which is frequently placed on “Best Restaurants in Boston” lists, advertises itself as a neighborhood bistro placing a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal flavors. The ambiance itself is enough to draw one to this neighborhood gem, but when you’re there, be sure to save room for dessert and order the dark chocolate tart! A small space with bold flavors, Four Spoons has a massive menu that makes the restaurant an instant crowd pleaser!
