Natasha Frid: The Most Chill Cutie Around

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Columbia Barnard chapter.
Name:  Natasha Frid
Class Year: BC 2017
Major: Undecided
Hometown: New York, NY

What are some extracurricular activities that you do on campus? I should probably get on that…

Hobbies? Eating, laxing and ridin’ dirty on my Razor scooter (sometimes I even do all 3 at once!)

What is one thing about Barnard that you love? I love how there is no single stereotype that can encompass all Barnard women.

Best class you’ve taken at Barnard/Columbia? Probably the Playwriting course I took last semester because it forced me to become more comfortable with sharing my writing and accepting critique.

Best brunch spot in NYC? Cafeteria! (their mac and cheese is my fav)

What is your official conclusion about Dig Inn? If only it didn’t stank.

Spirit Animal? Sloth

Celebrity Crush? Jason Segel or James Franco (pre-perv days)

3 things on your bucket list before you graduate?
  1. Perform in a show of some sort.
  2. Throw a rager in Butler.
  3. Finish writing a play/ have it produced??
Craziest thing you’ve done in college? Sometimes I take bananas from Hewitt.

Where would you go if you had a time machine? The 90s! (the OG choker and mom jean days)

What are you most attracted to in a person? Humor and character.

Biggest turn-off: Arrogance and ignorance.

If you could have any job in the world, what would it be and why? Any job that would fund and praise me for engaging in my two favorite activities: traveling and eating.
