8 Things I Love about Christmas
Christmas trees: I love going out into the snow to pick out a Christmas tree. It is the highlight of Christmas.
Presents: Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without presents. Shopping for Christmas presents and secretly hiding it under the tree, who doesn’t love that?
Stockings and Sweaters: This is the perfect season for those ugly Christmas sweaters you’ve hiding in your closet. No one will judge you.
Parties: There will be so many parties this season, parades and concerts too. Check your local listings for fun Christmas events.
Mistletoe: This is my best part. Getting to share a kiss with my special someone with a cup of eggnog in my hand.
Family time: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. It’s nice to know that with all the drama going on in the world, there are people who love you and genuinely care about you.
Candy canes, gingerbread houses, milk and cookies: I love gingerbread houses with frosting. Thank goodness my mum only bakes these at Christmas—otherwise I may eat them every day.
Music and movies: Singing Christmas carols with my family and watching PG-13 movies with my younger siblings are one of my favorite things about Christmas.
