Fall is here and so is the Pumpkin Spice Latte – a classic fall favorite. Having a hard time deciding where to get your pumpkin fix? We’ve tasted all the different PSLs in Boone and picked our favorites.
Higher Grounds Coffee Shoppe
The PSL at Higher Grounds tastes like pumpkin pie in a cup. If you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth this is the place to go! Higher Grounds is located off of Hwy 421 in the Big Lots plaza.
Local Lion
Located on 321 just before campus, the Local Lion features a couple of fall specialties, including the PSL and the sweet potato donut. It may sounds crazy, but it tastes amazing and goes perfectly with the PSL.
Bald Guy Brew Coffee Roasting Company
If you are looking for a more subtle pumpkin flavor, head on over to Bald Guy Brew on King street. Here, the sweet pumpkin is matched with the more bitter flavor of coffee.
Krispy Kreme
Looking for a quick pumpkin fix? Krispy Kreme not only has the PSL, but they have a pumpkin spice donut! You can get all the pumpkin spice you want.
Crossroads Coffeeshop
Crossroads Coffeeshop in Plemmons Student Union on campus is a great place to get your fall favorites in between classes. Not only do they have the PSL, but they also have pumpkin muffins!
Starbucks
Starbucks is located inside Harris Teeter in Boone. Of course they feature the PSL but they also have some other fall flavors including the Chile Mocha and the Salted Caramel Mocha.
