The spring break survival kit includes L’Oréal Paris self tanning towelettes, Psssst! Tropical Dry Shampoo, and Charlotte Tillbury matte lipstick samples.
The Appalachian State Her Campus team loved getting these goodies to sample. It’s nice getting a sample size of something to try out the brand and see if you like it. It’s better to give something a test run rather than spending a ton of money on a product that you may not end up ever using again!
My personal favorite from the survival kit is the L’Oréal Paris self-tanning toweletts. When I first opened the packet, it looked like a make-up wipe…I was a little confused. I started rubbing the wipe all of my legs, like I was trying to wipe something off. I threw on my dress for the day and headed out the door. Later that day, I was sitting at my internship and happened to notice how tan my legs looked. I was surprisingly pleased with the product. After I stepped out of the shower that night, to my surprise my legs still looked tan! My legs continued to stay tan for three to four days following.
Every female college student is a big dry shampoo fan, but we typically stick to our same trustworthy brand. The Psssst! Tropical Dry Shampoo came in a travel-sized bottle, perfect to fit in your gym bag or purse. It’s the perfect mid-afternoon pick me up when you feel gross. Just a small amount of product goes a long way!
The spring break survival kit also included some bling bling to complete the perfect off-the-shoulder top. Included were some Juicy Couture XO earrings. Juicy Couture is a classic brand that every girl loves to have.
