Q: So, your mom is British, where is she from?A: Huddersfield… in West Yorkshire.
Q: Describe yourself in 3 words.A: Extroverted, egocentric, and eccentric.
Q: What do you like most about yourself?A: Myself.
Q: If you could do one thing over, what would it be and why?A: That’s a tough call. I think all of the mistakes that I’ve made in my time as a college student, they’ve taught me things about being a college student and if I had gone back and if I had not made those mistakes, then I would not have learned from the mistakes that I had made. So, it’s tough to pick a thing that would rather fix. But, if I could still have the information that I had from making the mistake, I would have done more ASE (Alternative Learning Experiences), I think. Because, I really only got into the ACT (Appalachian and the Community Together) Office and doing ASE’s this year and I was always really nervous about it because some of them were really churchy and I don’t really jive well with that, but I probably should have just done it anyway. I wish I had done it anyway because then I would have been able to do more things for the community both locally and globally. So, I think that’s what I would do. I would have traded every spring break and every spring break I would have gone from freshmen year.
Q: What’s your favorite thing to do on campus?A: I saw Guardians of the Galaxy on Campus (at IG Greer). I’m always here anyway and I’m way too busy to go out and spend extra money and extra gas to go out and see a movie far away that no one is going to want to see anyway because no one else wants to spend extra gas and money to go out there, and I like IG Greer best, I think, because it’s an easy way to get people to hang out with me and easy way for me to go see a movie, which I like doing.
Q: How do you spend your free time?A: It’s almost always cooking, writing, or watching cooking shows.
Q: If you could be any food, what would you be and why?A: What’s the point if you’re going to be eaten? Who wants to be eaten?
My favorite food is oysters, but I don’t think that’s how I would describe myself. I think I would say durian (a fruit). Durian is very popular or very unpopular. They (people) either like it or they don’t.
Q: Who is your celeb crush?A: Nathan Fillion, Lady Gaga, and Ellen Page.
