1. Hammock.

A most typical Boone pass time, even if you don’t have a hammock there is almost a 98% chance you know someone who does!  Make sure it’s a double nest or you’re gonna have a pretty tight squeeze sharing with friends

2. Take a hike.

There are several trails all around Boone! Throw on your Chacos and discover what is out there and find that happy place.

3. Climb a tree.

Sandford Mall is covered with amazing climbing trees. Even if you don’t know how, now is the time to embrace your inner “Boonie” and learn.

4. Feed the ducks at duck pond.

While you might think you had a long winter let’s not forget our friends down at duck pond. Help warm their bellies with some bread from Trivette!

5. Skip stones across the defrosted Pike Lake.

You spent all winter long walking across it. Now be the first to skip stones across the newly defrosted pike lake.

6. Get frozen yogurt and sit out on Sanford Mall.

Don’t have a meal plan? Find a friend who does and share some gossip while watching hot guys play ultimate frizz bee on Sandford mall. You’ll have the best seat in the house!

7. Cruise on the parkway with all the windows rolled down and music turned up.

That’s right the whole parkway is open again and waiting for you to let loose and jam out to your music with all the gal pals. Let that hair down and all the windows while letting the sun shine on your face with your new shades.

8. Get caught in an April shower.

Boone has some crazy weather. Instead of avoiding it join it and dance in the rain!

9. Learn to slack line.

There are several talented folks out there on Sanford. Find a fun group of people and learn how to walk the line.

10. Go bear legged.

Skies out thighs out. Show off that spring break bod you’ve tried so hard to work for!
