The best thing about finals is when they come to an end. The worst thing about finals is the stress that they bring.

Here are 10 ways to destress after your finals: 

  1. First of all, after you walk out of your last final, take a deep breath and give yourself a pat on the back because you have made it through another semester. 
  2. If you’re driving home for Christmas break after your finals, jam to your favorite music in the car.
  3. Test out some yoga or meditating strategies. 
  4. Have a spa night by yourself or with your best girlfriends. 
  5. Binge watch your favorite shows on Netflix
  6. Have some quality cuddle time with a pet.
  7. EAT FOOD! Chocolate, Chinese food, pizza, whatever makes your tummy happy!
  8. We all know some of you may have pulled an all-nighter, so take naps or sleep for a whole day to catch up on some much needed beauty sleep.
  9. Hang out with your loved ones. There’s nothing like mother-daughter time!
  10. TREAT YOURSELF! Whatever that may be… again, you earned it.
