Prince Albert of MonacoBy March 10, 2012 - 8:12pm Our Campus Celeb this week, Prince Albert II of Monaco, was in my mother’s class at Amherst, the class of ‘81. My question is, why am I not a princess? Although the guy isn’t much of a looker, so I guess you can’t blame her. Prince Albert II is the son of Rainier III and the beautiful Grace Kelly. He was born in the Prince’s Palace of Monaco. He worked for six summers as a counselor at a camp in New Hampshire. Can you imagine having a prince tell you when to turn out your flashlights? Easy S'mores Bars RecipeBy March 9, 2012 - 9:00am Here’s a super easy treat to whip up, perfect for a midterm blues pick-me-up. There aren’t too many ingredients needed, and these taste absolutely amazing. If you have access to an oven, that’s great, but if not, just use a microwave and eat your s’mores concoction with a spoon. What you’ll need: 1 stick of butter 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (put graham crackers in a Ziploc baggy and crush them.
