Top 4 Fitness Channels of YouTube

 

 

            Like many people I started 2017 with the aim of getting fit! This means getting a gym membership and finding cute outfits to wear. However, after a few months the dread of going to the gym starts to kick. Lets face it after a long day of studying who really wants to go the gym? The perfect solution is doing fitness videos in the comfort of your home. There are a ton of great workout videos on YouTube that are perfect if you don’t want to go to the gym! Her are a few of Her Campus Aberdeen’s favorite channels of YouTube!

 

 

  1. BLOGALATES

 

This channel is run by Cassey Ho who is AMAZING! There are tons of HIT workouts on her channels that are around 15 minutes each. That may sound easy but trust me they are so hard! My personal favorite is her Victoria Secret Model ab workout.

 

 

2. FITNESS BLENDER

 

There are a ton of workouts to choose from on Fitness Blender as they have made over 500 workout videos. The channel is run by Kelli and Daniel’s are all so different there are cardio videos, abs video, and strength workouts just to name a few. The fat burning cardio workout is a killer!!

 

 

3. YOGA WITH ADRIENE

 

Adriene had made yoga so much easier to do with her videos. She has so many videos including 31 days of yoga videos, which is great for motivation.  The 7 minute bedtime yoga is also perfect for rewinding after a long day!

 

 

4. TONE IT UP

The videos on the Tone it Up channel are great! They even have a Bikini Series, which is perfect as summer is fast approaching!
