HCAU Reviews: A Street Cat Named Bob

I’ve never been a fan of cats (which is most likely due to my allergies) but two of my friends are the definition of cat lovers, so I went to see “the cat movie”, as I liked to call it, with them. I definitely don’t regret going! The movie is based on a true story of a man, James, who has been having struggles in his life with drugs and being homeless. He however decides to turn his life around, and while doing so, he meets a stray cat named Bob, who is the encouragement he needs to stay on the right track.

This was a movie that had you laughing one minute and crying the next, it definitely got to my emotions. Even the male part of our group had a few tears in his eye! Bob is the cutest little cat there is, so just for him I would recommend to go see it. It was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish but definitely one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while!
