Parties, not popping. Lobby empty. Elevators clear. Rooms quiet.  Georgia State has never in my one year of being here (haha)  been this way. With the arrival of the class of 2013 and previous classes, Georgia State's campus has been the place to be. Students who lived off campus would make trips on Thursday, Friday and  Saturday just to join the on campus fun and shenanigans....
