Rocky Mountain High
Monday, April 23, 2012
The Colorado sun is heating up, but the majority of our mountain tops are still dressed in all their glory. Catch the last bit of snow before the scorching summer sets in, another beatiful season Colorado has to offer us all. Truly, a Rocky Mountain high.
Springtime is in Full Bloom
Sunday, April 8, 2012Nothing signifies springtime more than a fresh bouquet of flowers. In Colorado, April showers don’t necessarily bring May flowers. The weather is always unexpected in the springtime, but one way to keep your mind at ease that it is almost summer is by keeping a beautiful bouquet in a central location because it instantly brightens any college home.
Concerts Are Always An Option
Thursday, March 22, 2012
With finals coming up and school in Boulder winding down, stress levels are high. Although we may be spending more time than wanted at the library, it is important to squeeze in some fun outings before we all head home. Boulder has so much to offer, especially when it comes to music. If you need a night off studying or just want to do something different head over to the Boulder Theatre to experience some great live music. A small venue just off Pearl, The Boulder Theatre brings in lots of awesome, unique music for all kinds of Boulder fans.
Brilliant Color
Thursday, March 8, 2012
This spring is all about color as the runways are lined with pastels, brights, and all things spring! With this warmer weather we've gotten lately, wear some color for the spirit of season. These cuffs caught my eye, an easy way to make any look a bit playful.
Beautiful Boulder-Kissing Winter Goodbye
Thursday, March 1, 2012
While Punxsutwaney Phil may have subjected us to 6 extra weeks of winter, this week in Boulder has certainly proved otherwise. Aside from 90 miles-per-hour winds, the weather in town has been mind-blowingly perfect. This photo, taken at the foot of the Flatirons at Chataqua National Park, captures the beauty that is Colorado this time of year. You never know what kind of weather to wake up to in the morning, but I’ll take 60-degrees in February any day. With Spring Break just weeks away, let’s hope this weather sticks and we can enjoy the time off from school by relaxing in the sun!
Beautiful Boulder- Is It Still Winter?
