HC BUCKNELL PHOTOBLOG
Find Bliss in the Blossoms
Thursday, May 3, 2012

The stress of finals can do some serious damage to a good mood. With papers, tests, and deadlines looming over our heads, who has time to enjoy our gorgeous campus these days? But trust us-- stopping and literally smelling the roses (or cherry blossoms) can work wonders on your outlook. Take at least a few minutes each day sit on the quad, sip an iced coffee outside 7th Street, or take a stroll near the President's house. You'll be feeling a little less stressed in no time!

Take Time to De-Stress
Tuesday, April 17, 2012
Now that the weather is much warmer in Lewisburg, it's easier to enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds campus. The Susquehanna River is peaceful in the spring, and it offers a good escape when you’re trying not to become absorbed in the stress of upcoming finals.

Grove Goodness
Tuesday, April 10, 2012Spring has sprung in Lewisburg but sometimes it is hard to recognize our campus’ beauty. In between all aspects of your end of semester work overload, take a break to step outside and embrace the natural splendor. Or wake up a little bit earlier one morning—we promise it’s not as bad as it sounds—and take a brisk walk through the Grove: your day will be enthusiastically jump started once you view the sunrise through the trees.

Flowers & Sunshine & Spring
Tuesday, April 3, 2012
Spring is in full force this week at Bucknell as April arrives with an abundance of sunshine. It's a wonderful time of the year to take some relaxing walks between studying to enjoy the beautiful flowers and weather. Bucknell Hall is especially floral, and last week Yiyun. Lee, author of The Vagrants and Amy Franklin-Willis, author of The Lost Saints of Tennessee had readings there.

Spring Fever
Wednesday, March 28, 2012
It's hard to get back into the groove of academic work, especially after spring break and this past weekend! With House Party Weekend over and the beautiful spring weather continuing, many Bucknellians are finding it hard to focus as summer draws closer and closer.
