Elle Fanning, starring in the new film, Super 8, is the first young woman I have chosen to feature in my series, “Women at Work.” Many of us recognize her famous older sister, Dakota Fanning, who made a name for herself as one of Hollywood’s youngest successful female actresses. Her little sister is following closely in her footsteps.
A couple of nights ago when I was browsing the Internet, I came across an article on Vogue.com titled “Under 21 and on the Cover of Vogue.” Little to my surprise, the three women shown in the photograph accompanying the piece are Claire Danes, Keira Knightley, and Natalie Portman.
