This past weekend was filled with events led by Students for Environmental Action (SEA) in honor of Earth Week. With a tree-planting event Friday, a campus cleanup Saturday, our semi-annual Local Food Banquet on Sunday, our Earth Day Fair on Sunday, and finally our first ever Brandeis Food Day, it was nearly impossible to have missed out on at least one of the fun events.
Let’s be honest here. I know I’m not the only one who feels that pang of guilt in my gut when I throw out a water bottle in the trash can or forget to turn off my lights when I leave my room. We all do these things far too often and it is my goal to make you ladies more aware about the actions you can take in order to help go green and preserve the environment.
