Police Report Filed Following Justin Bieber’s Nightclub Spitting Incident

Justin just can’t seem to keep his bodily fluids to himself.

Last week, Ohio State University junior and neuroscience major Addison Ulhaq—a DJ at the Social Room in Columbus, Ohio—claimed that Justin Bieber spat in his face while he was at the nightclub. Apparently, Justin’s security team thought the DJ was taking pictures of the pop star inside the VIP room of the club and, though Addison denied the claim, Justin didn’t buy it and spat in his face. Justin cussed the DJ out as well – as the police report read: “The victim stated that the suspect told him that ‘His mother was a b*tch, his father was a b*tch and he is a b*tch.’”

The DJ decided he’s not to take the insult lying down. Addison has now filed a police report against Justin, though the report notes: “The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident.” It hasn’t been determined yet whether Addison will also file a lawsuit, and no criminal charges have been filed.

After the supposed Spitdown, Addison also got tested for Hepatitis but, lucky for both him and Justin, the test came back negative.

Selena, will you please get your beau back in line already?
