It's been a long time coming (about seven years and six kids later), but Brangelina fans: rejoice! Hollywood's power couple is officially engaged.
Pitt's manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, confirmed the news to the press in a statement on Friday. "Yes, it's confirmed," Pett-Dante told PEOPLE. "It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time."
Jolie was recently spotted by The Hollywood Reporter sporting some big bling on her ring finger while the couple was out with their son Pax at a private viewing of The Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Jeweler Robert Procop designed Jolie's engagement ring in collaboration with Pitt.
"Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a year-long collaboration with Robert," the jeweler said in a statement. "He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so Robert was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suite Angelina's hand."
The couple have six children together, including three who are adopted. “Their kids are very happy,” Pett-Dante said. Brad told CBS News that they were "getting a lot of pressure from the kids."
