8 Things You Could Realistically Do When You Have Only $8 Left In Your Bank Account

We’ve all been there. Between all of the textbooks, online shopping orders and late night food runs, it’s hard to keep track of your money in college. Then, suddenly, you check your bank account and there’s only $8 left. Eight. Dollars. Instead of mourning the loss of your hard-earned minimum wage salary, take advantage of your remaining few dollars in one of these ways…

1. Get your favorite Chipotle burrito and pray you don’t contract e-coli

2. Pay for a month of Netflix (Michael Scott will declare bankruptcy with you)

3. Get 2 drinks at Starbucks

4. Buy a new toy for your puppy because #priorities

5. Scour the under $10 section at Forever 21

6. Buy a really expensive fresh-squeezed juice

7. Convert it all into pennies so you seem like you’re rollin’ in it

8. Accept your fate and eat ramen for the next 20 years

Pro tip: Try your best to save ~some~ money so you aren’t stuck with just these options, collegiettes!
