Halloween is THIS WEEKEND and we couldn’t be more excited. Although Halloween might look a little different this year, who says you still can’t dress up and celebrate in small groups?
If you are anything like me, you procrastinated on picking a costume and do not have a lot of time to order anything. Don’t worry, I am a master at last-minute costumes and I am here to help!
- Powderpuff Girl(s)

This one is usually done with a group of three, so if you have two other friends who need a costume as well, this one’s for you! All you really need is a colored shirt (green, pink, or blue) and some white shoes.
- Referee

For this one, all you need is a striped shirt and a whistle. Both can easily be found at Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, or even Target.
- Sports Player

If you are on campus at Illinois State, the Alamo sells jerseys that you could use to dress like a football or basketball player. Just put on the jersey, add some eye paint, some basic shoes, and you are good to go!
- Step Brother’s (Brennen and Dale)

If you have ever seen Step Brothers, they are ICONS to dress up as. For this, all you would need is a sweater or sweater vest with a buttoned up shirt. You can find these at Goodwill, Plato’s Closet, or even in your own closet!
- Post Malone Look-Alike

Post Malone is an easy costume idea because most of us dress like him anyways: oversized flannels and jeans. All you would have to do is pull some flannels out from your closet, replicate his hair and tattoos, and you are good to go!
Halloween is so much fun because you get to dress up like someone or something completely different. I hope these ideas helped you out if you were struggling to find ideas!
