Head over 5-inch Heels in LOVE.
Roses are red, violets are blue. Valentine’s day is over.
Put away the furry lingerie and bring out the normal life. If you loathed the holiday and managed to survive it, congrats! You lived through the gruesome 24 hours of flowers, candy, and PDA. If you are a total V-day advocate and spent the holiday with your special “sig oth” (significant other) then, even better! You utilized all the mushy gushy sweet stuff it had to offer and commenced in a magical and romantical time with your man.
Why am I talking about valentines again? I mean, its over. Dunzo. Finito. I totally get it. It’s just that all the love talk of Valentines Day reminds me of why I freaking LOVE to shop! Why I am head over 5-inch heels in love. LOVE is exactly like shopping …
1. Both keep you warm from head to toe. Because the last time you needed a jacket in a cold air-conditioned classroom, you thanked every synapse in your brain that reminded you to bring one. Love’s the same: Keeps you warm and when you are reminded that you have it, it makes you feel so comfortable.
2. You have a whole ton of potential items to choose from. Your pool is gigantinormous. When you finally pick then perfect piece, the right size, right fit to your body, it’s almost like you really have no idea how you hadn’t managed know the designer personally. You see something that meets your eye and suddenly you know you HAVE to have it.
3. There are a lot of people looking for what you want. Something cute and comfortable that fits you to a “T”. Something you can call yours; something that emphasizes every great, stunning thing about you.
4. Everyone will eventually find something especially made for them. You can’t show your best friend something you like and expect them to like it just the same. If that is the case, by no means should that stop you from loving it. Rock what you like and own it to the nth degree.
5. When you decide to make it yours and take it to your family, they will make you try it on before deciding if they like it too. By making you really look upon what it truly is, your family will make you realize how important it is to you. Examine it as if it were going to be yours. As if you had to own it forever. Not want to return it for a new size or exchange it for something else. You have to try it on and, over time, realize that you do not want to trade it for the world.
Is love really like shopping? I still don’t know…check out juicycouture.com and see for yourself. Search high and low, and when you find something that you cant keep your eyes off of, ask yourself “AM I IN LOVE”? If not, don’t dare to keep it. Keep searching and searching and once you find it, make darn sure that it’s meant to be yours.

About the Author
Biography
My name is Mel Chalian. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. As a native to the sunny and busy city, I have always loved the hustle-bustle atmosphere. I attended a very small, private Armenian school for what I though would be my whole life. At a tiny school where I knew everyone and shared a common ethnicity, it was really easy for me to fit in. In high school, I decided to be daring and attended a really big public school. At first it was scary, but I slowly got the hang of it by getting involved. There I was a super spirited high school cheerleader, dance team captain, member of the school board and student government. Now I attend UCLA and am studying English Literature. I love reading and writing and expressing myself. I am also a member of the lovely Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at UCLA and love my sisters more than anything! I love Juicy Couture because I can feel both casual and sexy in their clothes. Juicy was created by two good friends who both share a love for shopping and Hollywood. Its very obvious to me that these Los Angeles natives had a lot of fun creating such a fun company and the clothes reflect exactly how much fun they have! I love wearing bright colors and embracing my femininity. I love Juicy Couture because it is a luxurious and comfy clothing brand that makes me feel glamorous, flirty and stunning.
