Tarte Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator who possesses a combination of creative and analytical thinking. This role is responsible for coordinating online acquisition marketing programs, ensuring sales growth and targeting key performance indicators for tarte.com. The Coordinator will work with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution of E-Commerce acquisition programs and campaigns.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Acquisition, this individual should have proven experience in online acquisition marketing; specifically in a consumer focused, retail business or major agency. Overview:

The marketing coordinator will work with the tarte.com acquisition marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies and analysis across all paid acquisition programs (paid search, affiliates, display, paid social), partnerships, and promotions.

Responsibilities:

·       Drive performance for paid acquisition channels in line with overall program ROAS goals and target budgets

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting across all acquisition channels
  • Perform account analysis and leverage performance data and metrics in order to summarize key learnings and make recommendations to optimize campaigns

·       Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, comScore, Compete, Adwords, Excel and CRM solutions

·       Assist with the development and implementation of strategy for all paid acquisition efforts

·       Update promotional calendar and brainstorm relevant testing initiatives

·       Brief creative team on all new initiatives across all paid channels (Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social)

  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audit, including but not limited to budgeting, asset management, account setup, organization and optimization
  • Conduct competitive research across all online marketing channels, including keyword research
  • Assist across international marketing initiatives for all paid channels
  • Manage updated keyword lists to reflect new product launches, categories, trends, etc.

·       Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant digital marketing and analytics
  • Very strong demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to clearly summarize key learnings and recommendations from raw data
  • Must have experience with Google Analytics, Omniture or similar analytics platform
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-Lookup, pivot tables, etc)
  • Experience managing large scale paid acquisition programs and budgets (paid search, display, remarketing, affiliates, Facebook)
  • Experience with Google AdWords and/or Bing/MSN Pay Per Click, Affiliate Technology Partners (Linkshare, Commission Junction), Display Networks/Technologies (Google Display, AdRoll, Criteo, etc).
  • Independent, organized and highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Must be a strong collaborator who can work effectively with key cross-functional partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
