LIT Boutique is currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and fashion-savvy individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of fashion including styling and trends, knowledge of garment construction and technology, and different marketing platforms. This position will be responsible for creating promotional campaigns that will be used on different social media and online platforms, managing and processing inventory. At LIT Boutique, you will work as part of a team that manages daily operations inventory management, purchase orders, vendor and customer relations, and analyzing the performance of inventory across multiple categories. This position will provide experience working in different areas of retail and operations management on the corporate level of a women's boutique.
