Looking to get hands-on experience as a designer and beef up your portfolio in the process? This is the internship you've been looking for. Over the course of your fall, spring, or semester internship with Her Campus, you'll create dozens of final pieces that will reach millions of our readers. And stay awhile; we like to hire from our intern class.
We're looking for creative, professional, and enthusiastic design interns to join the HC Design Team for a an upcoming semester internship. Design interns will work directly with the co-founder/Creative Director, Senior Designer, fellow design interns, as well as collaborate across departments in the fast-paced setting of our Boston headquarters. Come prepared to dive right in and get a ton of experience (and portfolio pieces!) starting from day one!
Responsibilities include creating branding graphics and merch for our global network of campus chapters and developing custom design work for our award-winning client campaigns, all the while learning the tenets of brand management as our brand footprint expands across our vast audience.
Interns must be willing to work efficiently on demanding projects and should enjoy the opportunity to receive regular critiques. A high level of competency with Illustrator and Photoshop is a requirement, and interns must supply this software on their own laptop to be used during the internship.
This internship is unpaid but can be taken for school credit, and is available on a part-time or full-time basis throughout the year.
